Our Email Marketing Service Policy
Your database and client lists privacy is important to us. sixth sense marketing will never sell or trade your database or client lists to a third party or use them in our own marketing campaigns.

Your Commitment To Us
As we believe in adhering to the CAN SPAM Act of 2003 therefore so must you.

Defining Spam
When you send an email to someone you don’t know (such as to the president of a company you’d like to become your client), that’s an “unsolicited” email. Sending one unsolicited message to someone is obviously not spam. That’s “doing business”.

But when you send an unsolicited email to an entire list of people you don’t know, that’s spam.

Permission Lists Only
Sixth Sense Marketing will only send emails to lists of people that gave you permission to email them. If you send emails to a list, and you get an unusual amount of spam complaints we will review if we will do business in the future. So if you don’t have proof that each recipient on your list opted-in for your emails, don’t provide them to us to send on your behalf.

  • No purchased lists (no matter how expensive).
  • No rented lists (even if they “opted in”).
  • No 3rd party lists whatsoever.

You can only use sixth sense marketing to send newsletters, updates, and promotions to your own customers, or to people who specifically requested email marketing from you.
