The Microsoft/Bing + Yahoo deal is official! The two have joined forces to take on search giant Google.

Hitwise have reported that the merger has given Microsoft/Bing + Yahoo 26% of the search market share. Of course Google still holds a strong majority of 70.6% leaving 3.4% for the other 54 search engines that Hitwise track.
